American General Business Association (AGBA) is a federally approved organization of a number of economic and trade partners. A large financial and commercial institution designed to promote exchanges and cooperation between the United States and the rest of the world, and to establish a cross-regional business transaction platform.

 

The association's administrative headquarters is located in Wellington, Delaware, and it has offices in New York City, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Washington. In addition to the headquarters in the United States, it also has representative offices and cooperation agencies in the Americas, Europe, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions. At present, the member enterprises of the association have spread to many countries around the world, involving international finance, international trade, engineering technology, business travel, conference and exhibition, culture and education and many other fields, with a wide range of resources in aviation, machinery, electronics, light industry and infrastructure construction industries.

 

In November 2006, it officially became the "Beijing Representative Office of the American General Business Association" in Beijing, China, by Prime Capital services Ltd. Thomas M. Minnich, Managing Director, as the first Chief Representative of China; In November 2007, Shaik M. Faisal, President of International Co-operative Network and American Real Estate and Management, became President of AGBA Asia Pacific. To be responsible for development cooperation affairs in the Asia-Pacific region; In February 2009, Mr. G. Michael Bennett, an independent director of several listed companies in the United States, served as the second executive director of Asia and Chief representative of China. In March 2019, Mr. Liu Boheng served as the third Chief representative of the Asia Region.

 

 

The purpose of the establishment of the Association is to promote the capital operation and international exchange and cooperation among the members of the organization. To provide member enterprises with better business services. Since entering the Chinese market in 2006, AGBA has successfully provided strong support for Chinese enterprises to enter the international capital market.
